Tatyana Design LLC is an architecture and design firm specializing in commercial, multi-family residential, corporate and hospitality spaces. Founded by Principal Tatyana Gartner, the company offers very creative yet functional solutions, maintaining a philosophy of simplicity and harmony. We bring our ideas to completion, efficiently managing large-scale projects from concept through construction documents and administration. Tatyana Design is LEED ID+C accredited and certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Our design approach incorporates maximizing space, research and use of sustainable materials, the spatial flow between rooms, optimizing the use of natural light and the importance of featuring attractive, efficient lighting design throughout all interior spaces. We provide innovative, functional and sustainable solutions for modern needs while drawing inspiration from the project’s existing environment, or a pattern in a textile.
